INTERESTING FACT(S) ABOUT ME:
I got my Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Dayton…Go Flyers!
After graduation, I spent some time in Nashville, TN working in management before transitioning to Higher Education as a Financial Aid/Student Accounts Advisor.
Interests that I have outside of work include baking, DIY projects and hanging out with my pup, who I rescued in July, 2018.

Courtney keeps the day-to-day team operations flowing smoothly, handling everything from scheduling to keeping the hospitality area tidy and well-stocked. My role on the UDayton Global team…
As the Operations Coordinator, I work to implement UDayton Global team policies and procedures. I also work closely with UD faculty and staff to ensure we provide an awesome and seamless experience for our students.
The Student Accounts aspect of my role includes assisting UDayton Global students with tuition- and fee-related questions. I work closely with Flyer Student Services, which has oversight of tuition, fees and registration campus-wide.
What I love most about my position is being able to work with every UDayton Global student from the very beginning of his/her experience with UD, and then witnessing each student’s growth and achievements throughout his/her journey. Our students are proactive and engaged in all aspects of their experience here at the University of Dayton. They are a joy to work with every day!
