Let us know your arrival details.
Please provide your arrival details at least 15 days in advance of the program start date. We need to know when you are arriving so we can confirm your housing and enrollment. Also, we offer free rides from the Dayton International Airport (DAY) to campus, and you can confirm an airport transfer service with this form. All students are required to submit arrival details before they depart for Dayton.
Free airport pickup will only be guaranteed for students arriving on move-in day (transportation to campus) or in the week prior (transportation to student-booked hotel). Students arriving outside of that window may need to find their own transportation from the airport.

Arriving before your scheduled move-in date?
You can arrange private airport transportation and accommodation. Please refer to your Next Steps Brochure for a list of hotels and transportation services near the University of Dayton. Please contact us at admissions@udaytonglobal.org if you are arriving before the move-in date and would like to book our airport transfer service. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of move-in dates.
